During the appointment
If you are eligible and have no contra-indications, the clinician will look into your ear using an endoscope. If they find that there is a significant amount of earwax and you requirement a treatment, they will go forward and clear the earwax. If they find that you ears are clean and does not require a treatment, they will issue you a £40 refund. This means, that there is a £25 non refundable payment for making a booking and for the clinician to take a look into your ears. The clinician may decide that you may need a further 1 week of Olive oil.
