It contains aromatic ingredients such as Menthol and Camphor to calm a cough, Eucalyptus to relieve catarrh and Eucalyptus and Menthol to relieve nose congestion. 50g tub. Contains Turpentine oil, Camphor, Eucalyptus oil and Menthol. Provides symptomatic relief of sore throats and coughs. Relieves nasal catarrh and congestion. Can be melted into hot water and inhaled. When the essential oils are released, they will help to clear the passages, promote easy breathing and relieve sore throats and coughs due to colds. VapoRub can also be melted into hot water and inhaled as a steam, soothing and clearing the passages.

How to Use

Adults: rub on chest, throat and back, leave night clothes loose or melt 2 teaspoonfuls in hot water and inhale vapours. Children over 6 months: apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Hazards and Cautions

Always read the leaflet and label. Not to be used on children under 6 months of age. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
